What is Pumpkin Launcher?

Cost reduced from 3 to 2. Ammo reduced from 20 to 15. Slow lasts 8 seconds, up from 6, and now also slows NPC attack speed. Melee against a slowed target ignites it, removes the slow, and makes it immune to slow until the fire ends. Glaaber gets extra speed from landing this slow.
