What is Dumber?

Bright yellow and very fast, as fragile as a Giggler. The Dumber modifier forces one on wave 1 until it dies. Dumber was documented as always disguised. Smile More says Dumber can now be an Enphosian. What the provoked Maniac version does is still unstated. Obvious does not replace Dumber's own face and symbol.
